About The Position
The Own Brands Technical Services team has an opening for a Sensory Manager. This position is located in Pleasanton, California. The Sensory Manager will lead the development and implementation of a robust sensory evaluation program to support new product development, maintain the quality of existing products, and analyze competitive products. This role will be responsible for building a corporate sensory program and modernizing and standardizing sensory testing protocols across all manufacturing facilities. The Sensory Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure products meet consumer expectations and deliver superior sensory experiences.
