Guide perfumers with developing, evaluating, and adjusting both new and existing fragrances. Develop and evaluate fragrances that meet organization standards and customer needs. Analyze current fragrance trends and evaluates products of competitors. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to assess consumer preferences and customer requirements. Maintain full awareness and comply with regulations associated with fragrance development.
