Senior/Principal Product Manager, Actionable Insights

As a Senior/Principal Product Manager in the Actionable Insights team at project44, you will be responsible for expanding the carrier network to more customers, regions, and transportation modes. Your role will involve driving key product initiatives, managing complexity, and ensuring the timely release of successful products. You will define and communicate a product strategy that turns actionable insights into positive outcomes for customers, work closely with customers and carriers to address integration friction, and champion cohesive end-to-end experiences. Additionally, you will measure success, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand broader business needs.

• Work closely with customers and carriers to understand integration friction with products, connectivity issues, and carrier network management.
• Champion cohesive end-to-end experiences with attention to detail, coordinating with various teams.
• Measure success and drive innovation in delivering insights to customers and carriers.
• Ensure product awareness and adoption by collaborating with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success teams.
• Analyze data, competitive landscape, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand broader business needs.
• Represent project44 as a domain and product expert during customer interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline that has propelled you to build tech chops in your career, from computer science to business.
• 5+ years of Product Management leadership, experience building enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and driving a roadmap, based on customer needs, with a clear path to incremental delivery.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers across a software business.
• Passion and empathy for the product and for our users and a strong belief in the mission of creating customer and user value.
• Ability to self-manage and act with autonomy.
• Detail-oriented. You should be able to context switch from guiding on implementation details to giving a company presentation with ease and aplomb.
• This position may require travel to global project44, customers, and partner locations.
