Corgan is actively recruiting a Senior Workplace Strategist to join the firm in either our New York or Boston locations as part of our Workplace Interiors Market Sector. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field of study.
  • A combined 5+ years’ experience as a designer and/or in data gathering, data synthesizing, and research.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to pursue new projects or clients.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with clients and teammates.
  • Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills.
  • Effective time management with proven success at balancing multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and/or certifications in change management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients in the early stages of projects to understand their unique culture and work styles.
  • Provide creative and strategic design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the interior design team to create comprehensive user-focused workplace strategies.
  • Engage in change management services with clients during workplace transformation.
  • Facilitate client engagements, such as interactive workshops and visioning sessions.
  • Be a resource for knowledge of current trends and shifts in the world of work.
  • Lead creative and strategic thinking for complex project processes and space solutions.
  • Research workplace performance and space utilization statistics.
  • Work closely with studio members across various office locations.
  • Organize and manage complex tasks, either independently or by delegating to others.
  • Travel as required for the position.
