As a Senior Program Manager focused on Strategic Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Autodesk to strategically plan for its workforce needs today, tomorrow, and in the future. You will be responsible for integrating stakeholder feedback and insights into actionable process and product enhancements, driving end user satisfaction and retention, and building out methodologies and tools to support workforce planning framework across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Anaplan Product Management, Legal, Finance, People Business Partners, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other Centers of Excellence within the People and Places organization. This position will report to the Director, Workforce Planning and it will be 100% remote in the U.S., Canada, or Germany.
