About The Position
This position allows a hybrid remote work option. Onsite requirements are determined based on training and support needs and may require up to full time onsite presence at times. In this position, you will manage multiple workforce development programs that develop talent for Carilion Clinic. You must be able to serve as an internal consultant to Carilion Clinic, manage multiple projects, develop new programs, and demonstrate the value of these programs through both quantitative and qualitative data. The role will be fast-paced and will involve working closely with leadership to meet the organization's business needs for talent development.
