Berklee seeks a Senior Workday Process Improvement Lead (SWPIL) for an up to 3-year temporary full-time opportunity, supporting a multi-year initiative to implement Workday Student. The Senior Workday Process Improvement Lead (SWPIL) will partner with the Workday Student dynamic team to lead a variety of highly complex, high-risk, innovative projects that have critical touchpoints and impact scope of the institution's strategic initiative to implement a unified student information system. This role will be hands-on collaborating across the institution to support identified initiatives that have cross-functional impact and have critical touch points to the scope of the student project. The (SWPIL) will require strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and the ability to apply these principles to create impactful business value for each identified initiative and requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of working collaboratively across various departments to implement effective process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. You must be able to clearly articulate complex concepts and present data-driven recommendations in a concise and compelling manner. Strong project management skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
