The Senior HRIS Analyst is the primary hands-on configuration authority and technical lead within the HRIS team, reporting to the Director of HR Information Systems. The team supports approximately 2,000+ workers across a multi-entity portfolio including the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, AMB West, AMB Impact, and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. This role balances day-to-day Workday platform support with active participation in a multi-year HR Modernization initiative designed to reduce technical debt, establish governance standards, and mature the organization’s Workday environment. The Senior HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business unit leaders across all entities, and serves as an escalation point and mentor to HRIS Analysts on the team.
