CLA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our dynamic People Solutions (HR) team. This position will focus primarily on the compensation and employee engagement features in Workday, in addition to supporting our employment practices. Areas of responsibility include core HCM, core compensation, advanced compensation, surveys and questionnaires. In addition, this role will drive enhancement and automation through the deployment of AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's compensation modules, employee engagement processes and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing features to enhance organizational effectiveness.
