About The Position

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective”. We are seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, partnering closely with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders to optimize system functionality, drive automation, and enhance user experience. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Workday ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, with 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM and at least two additional modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data lifecycle.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Workday functional lead for key modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, Reporting).
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, system-based solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, data validations, and system controls.
  • Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Drive process improvements and automate manual HR processes using Workday functionality.
  • Participate in Workday releases, testing new functionality, and managing impact assessments.
  • Support integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors.
  • Provide day-to-day tier 1 and tier 2 support, including training to end users.
