A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. Our Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction. The starting wage for this position is at least $19/hour plus commission.

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience is required.
• At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience.
• Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador - Ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for guests.
• Relationship Builder - Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership.
• Product and Services Expert - Receive training on products and services and translate technology into real-world conversations.
• Obstacle Remover - Help customers get everything they need and ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources.
