About The Position
The Product Definition team sits at the intersection of technology and product integration, shaping the future of wireless systems in our products. We are seeking a Senior Wireless Connectivity Systems Architect to lead the definition, simulation, and validation of ground-breaking wireless features and RF solutions. This role offers a rare opportunity to work end-to-end-from system concept and specification to architecture, integration, and performance optimization. You'll collaborate across hardware systems teams, software engineering teams, silicon technology teams, and chipset vendors to ensure wireless connectivity technologies deliver best-in-class user experiences. As a Senior Wireless Connectivity Systems Architect, you will lead the definition of product roadmaps, silicon selection, hardware radiated specifications, and new feature scoping for wireless connectivity technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread, and UWB. You'll drive alignment across global cross-functional teams and key ecosystem partners to define and deliver next-generation wireless connectivity experiences that truly matter to users. You'll guide system integration efforts through clear product specifications, user impact studies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure outstanding wireless performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or UWB system architecture for consumer products
- Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or UWB chipset architecture and high-level specifications
- Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements for unlicensed spectrum, including FCC, ETSI, and other regional standards
- Experience in AI/ML and wireless applications
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as MATLAB
- Hands-on experience using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, channel emulators, etc.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with the ability to work independently, mentor others, and demonstrate innovation
