Join us and make a difference in National Security! Leidos is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator (SA) to serve as the primary Windows SA and subject matter expert (SME) for our team. This role focuses on ownership of our Windows environment while supporting a mixed‑OS infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong experience administering Windows Server environments.
  • Deep understanding of core Windows services and system management.
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems.
  • Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • An Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead and primary SME for all Windows Server systems.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based servers and services.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to the team on Windows-related issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure stable and secure system operations.
  • Perform basic administration and troubleshooting on Linux systems as needed.
