About The Position

This position is responsible for deploying, operating, and securing both physical and virtual Windows environments as well as VMware infrastructure, while delivering proactive monitoring and 24/7 on‑call support to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of system engineering experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communications skills.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members.
• Able to independently write and maintain code to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain physical and virtual Windows servers.
• Install and maintain VMware infrastructure.
• Monitor Windows and VMware servers for resource, system, and hardware problems.
• Work independently with minimal guidance on complex issues and projects.
• Provide Windows server support to internal application owners.
• Work on a team to see projects to completion.
• Participate in a rotating on-call 24/7 schedule to support critical systems.
