The Senior Window Tech Manager is responsible for leading the technical execution, field quality, measurement accuracy, and operational performance of window installation, service and repair function. This role serves as the senior technical resource for complex window-related issues. The Senior Window Tech Manager ensure accurate field measurements, supports job readiness, oversees service quality, and partners closely with Sales, Production, and Leaderhsip to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in window installation, service, repair, measuring, or related exterior remodeling work required.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential window products, installation methods, measuring practices, adjustment procedures, and repair techniques.
• Strong understanding of applicable building codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer installation specifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the window technical, installation support, service, and repair function.
• Serve as the senior technical expert for complex window installation, service, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repair issues.
• Perform detailed field measurements for replacement window projects to ensure accuracy prior to product ordering and installation.
• Verify jobsite conditions, existing openings, product specification, installation requirements, and overall project readiness during pre-installation visits.
• Confirm precise measurements for width, height, depth, jambs, sills, trim, and other critical structural or product-related dimensions.
• Ensure all service and warranty work is completed in compliance with company safety policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes.
• Support additional operational, service, and field leadership responsibilities as assigned.
