About The Position
The Senior Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist will serve as an integral member of the Corporate Benefits team in Human Resources to support global wellbeing program administration and compliance and employee engagement initiatives. This role involves handling day-to-day operations of corporate wellbeing programs operating in the US, Canada, and the UK, assisting with wellbeing program expansion into other countries, and monitoring data exchanges between Gallagher and wellbeing program vendors to ensure accurate and compliant administration. The specialist will also conduct data integrity reviews, serve as a subject matter authority on wellbeing program administration and compliance, and respond to employee inquiries about wellbeing program design and administration.
