About The Position

Accurately weigh, record, and ticket all inbound and outbound aggregate loads using company systems. Verify load information, truck IDs, and customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with order requirements. Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and plant personnel to maintain efficient daily operations and resolve issues quickly. Maintain organized and detailed transaction records, ensuring all reports are completed accurately and on time. Support safety and operational excellence by monitoring scale activity and ensuring procedures are consistently followed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and dependability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry ( Microsoft office and Excel or similar system experience strongly preferred)
