The company is seeking a Senior Web Developer who takes immense pride in their craft and will own the web presence. This role involves being the bridge between beautiful design concepts and a high-performance reality. The developer will own the front-end, manage the back-end (currently WordPress), and ensure every pixel and line of code serves the company's mission. They will partner with the Creative, Growth, and Marketing teams to ship work that moves the needle and creates great experiences for users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack web development, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
  • Significant experience building and scaling sites on platforms like WordPress.
  • A proactive 'Builder' Mindset, solving friction points without waiting for a ticket.
  • Design Sensibility, caring about how things look, understanding padding, typography, and UX animations.
  • Collaboration Skills, able to explain technical trade-offs to marketers and brand strategy to developers, while keeping projects moving forward.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of headless CMS options (Contentful, Sanity) for future considerations.
  • Proficiency with (or a deep interest in) React, Next.js, or similar frameworks for future tech stacks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web presence, handling everything from layout tweaks to deep technical functionality.
  • Ensure the site is lightning-fast and optimized for technical SEO, understanding that a millisecond of lag is a lost opportunity.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand and Design teams to translate UI/UX visions into living, breathing web pages, with an eye for detail.
  • Implement A/B tests and analytics tracking to help the Growth team understand what’s working and what’s not.
  • Keep the marketing stack (CRM, Analytics, Email) humming by ensuring seamless integrations with the site.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for brand guidelines, accessibility (WCAG) standards, and data privacy, testing thoroughly.
  • Help evaluate and eventually migrate to new technologies when the time is right, future-proofing the stack.

Benefits

  • attractive stock grants
  • flexible paid time off
