About The Position

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Web Developer to support enterprise data integration and user interface development for a federal intelligence community customer. This position plays a critical role in developing scalable, modular solutions that enable the collection, processing, and dissemination of intelligence data across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in web development
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and technologies
  • Experience developing user interfaces for data-intensive applications
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and machine-to-machine integration
  • Strong understanding of scalable, modular, and open architecture design principles
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including program managers, engineers, and subject matter experts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers
  • Familiarity with data brokering, discovery, access, and retrieval systems
  • Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms and catalogs
  • Knowledge of metadata standards and data governance practices
  • Experience integrating sensor data or intelligence data sources
  • Understanding of DoD and IC data interoperability standards

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and enhancement of user interface (UI) capabilities for enterprise data brokering and discovery platforms
  • Design and implement scalable, modular, open architecture solutions that enable IT systems to collect, process, and disseminate intelligence data
  • Enable the integration of new and emerging data capabilities into existing organizational architectures
  • Support machine-to-machine interfaces and user-facing applications across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to capture requirements and establish milestones while utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
  • Support the development and implementation strategy of system requirements
  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to support knowledge transfer activities
  • Maintain communication materials, dashboards, and repositories to support transparency and information sharing across stakeholders
