Build, maintain, and enhance functionality for Intelex.com and its sub-domains, including page templates, modules, integrations, and custom tools and features. Monitor, test, and validate all code deployments to ensure quality, stability, accessibility, and adherence to best practices. Optimize site performance, speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical health through continuous tuning and enhancements. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and performance issues across all web properties. Monitor and analyze key website metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and collaborate on insights that support demand generation and optimization. Manage user-reported issues, establish clear SLAs, and escalate critical items promptly. Deploy updates to staging and production environments following best-practice release processes. Support SEO, AIO, structured data, and tagging best practices during all deployments and enhancements. Improve and manage the digital chat experience, including testing, optimization, and integration with marketing funnels. Partner with Demand Generation and ABX teams to enable personalization and account-aligned experiences where applicable. Identify opportunities for operational improvements within Web Ops, including workflows, documentation, QA processes, and automation. Stay current with modern web standards, accessibility guidelines, emerging technologies, and evolving industry trends, including how AI impacts content discoverability and user expectations, and proactively recommend improvements. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Deep knowledge of WordPress best practices, including multisite, caching, modularity, and performance optimization. Proficiency in rapid front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and associated frameworks. Experience with Git or similar distributed version control systems. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for building intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Solid foundation in scalability, performance, and application architecture best practices. Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. High personal integrity, ownership mentality, and a commitment to delivering excellent work. Effective collaborator with Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams. Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies, tools, and modern development approaches. Experience with website chat tools, account-based marketing (ABM), on-site personalization, and conversion rate optimization. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, digital marketing, or CMS-driven environments preferred. Strong understanding of demand generation, digital funnel optimization, and the role of a website in customer acquisition.
