About The Position

We're hiring a real senior developer who is also a daily Claude power user — in that order. We are not hiring prompt engineers or AI enthusiasts without real coding skills. But if you're a seasoned developer who has genuinely 10x'd your output by integrating Claude into your workflow, we want to talk. About Us We're an international holding group operating multiple established brands in the prop trading industry, headquartered in Dubai. We're expanding fast, with new projects in the pipeline including a regulated brokerage. You'll work exclusively on our own infrastructure — no agency work, no external clients. Real stakes, real ownership. Job Description Claude Power User (daily, expert level) You must use Claude (Anthropic) as a core part of your daily workflow. We expect fluency in: Claude Code as a daily driver in your terminal Advanced prompt engineering: context management, chain-of-thought, model selection Artifacts, Projects, and Skills for structured, repeatable workflows Using Claude for debugging, refactoring, architecture, and documentation We verify this live during the interview process. What You'll Work On WordPress / WooCommerce development across multiple brands API integrations with trading platforms (cTrader, MT4/MT5, Match-Trader, DXtrade) Custom dashboards and client-facing interfaces Payment gateways (Stripe, Tap Payments, Confirmo, ForumPay) Tracking infrastructure (GTM server-side, Meta Pixel, webhooks) Back-end automations (Node.js, Puppeteer) Nice to Have Experience in fintech, forex, prop trading, or brokerage Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader) Server experience (VPS, Cloudflare, Nginx) React / Vue, Python Hiring Process CV + portfolio review Short intro call Paid technical test (real mini-project, ~4–6h) Live session with Claude (screen-shared problem solving) Final interview + paid trial period How to Apply Send to [email protected] : Your CV Links to 2–3 custom WordPress / API projects you personally built A short paragraph (5–10 sentences) describing exactly how you use Claude in your daily development work — features, workflows, concrete examples. Requirements

• Senior Web Development (5+ years, non-negotiable)
• Expert-level WordPress / WooCommerce: custom PHP plugins from scratch, hooks, custom Elementor widgets
• Strong PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, HTML/CSS
• Solid experience with REST API integrations and webhooks
• Ability to debug complex issues: CSP, CORS, auth flows, payment gateways, tracking pixels
• Clean Git workflow, proper staging/production practices
• Claude Power User (daily, expert level)
• You must use Claude (Anthropic) as a core part of your daily workflow.
