About The Position

The Senior Web Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced web applications that are efficient, secure and scalable. This role involves developing, testing and maintaining backend services and APIs using .NET technologies (such as ASP.NET Core, C#). The developer will implement database solutions, including designing schemas, writing complex queries, and ensuring data integrity. They will integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly, and work with authentication, authorization, and security measures to protect sensitive data. The position also requires designing and developing responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or VUE.JS). Collaboration with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications and ensure a high-quality user experience is expected. The role holder will optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, and ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve any issues. This role is eligible to work remotely with manager approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience in web application development
• Experience with Web applications
• Experience with .Net Frameworks (ASP.NET, .NET Core) and languages in C# and VB.NET
• Experience with Databases (SQL, MYSQL, and POSTGRESQL), and ORM Frameworks
• Experience with Restful API design and development
• Experience with Version control systems
