AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Senior Web Analyst to join our organization here in Wilmington, DE. The Senior Web Analyst will execute the vision for the enterprise wide digital data, analytics and insights function and lead the strategy and planning of the data ecosystem, coordinating with IT and Digital teams. This role helps identify opportunities for driving new revenues and builds complete digital journey maps identifying fall-outs, inflection points, and dead-ends for all digital applications which lead to considerable changes in digital strategies. The analyst will create and implement data tracking and reporting processes that support business critical online initiatives including all financials and website statistics for Digital on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. They will monitor, analyze, and interpret online financial and transactional data in addition to extensive analysis and reporting of website traffic, email campaigns, and survey analysis for both internal and external uses. The role includes creating dashboards, reports, and scorecards that can be viewed and delivered frequently, focusing on website profitability, performance metrics, qualitative analysis, and reporting of various member/non-member surveys performed on the web. The Senior Web Analyst will serve as a resource and liaison with other corporate support departments and with National, focusing on website performance, data tracking, modeling, and reporting. They will provide accurate tracking of all online acquisition and transactional-based projects by ensuring collaborative cross-departmental coordination and take responsibility for validating online reporting and tracking data quality and consistency. The analyst will create, maintain, and deliver a holistic web analytics measurement model through the identification of objectives, goals, key performance indicators, segments, and targets. They will provide analysis and reporting of user behavior by device for interactive, email, and social media marketing channels, communicate insights and findings with all functional areas, and present and distribute the outcomes of Web Analytics projects at all levels across the organization. Additionally, the role involves performing complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests, developing programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Engineering or related field.

  • Experience with analytical tools: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, managerial analysis, and presentations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into achievable data analysis strategies.
  • Highly proficient background in digital technology, online workflow analysis, and ecommerce operations.
  • Strong experience in applied statistics, including regression and value-added analysis.
  • Proficient PC and Internet skills including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Clarity, PowerBI, and Adobe-Analytics.
  • Ability to manipulate, synthesize, and transform data from various sources.
  • Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data.
  • Experience using advanced spreadsheet functions to conduct trend analyses.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration.
