We are seeking a seasoned financial advisor and entrepreneur who wants to focus 100% on growing relationships, closing business, and delivering exceptional wealth management services. This role involves leading growth in our wealth management division, leveraging your experience, sales expertise, and client-first approach to expand our market presence. Our comprehensive back-office infrastructure handles operations, compliance coordination, administration, and support functions, freeing you to concentrate exclusively on revenue-generating activities and client service. This position offers the autonomy of entrepreneurship with the leverage of institutional support, allowing you to maximize your strengths in business development and client relationships. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their career trajectory, consistently delivers results, has successfully grown and managed an investment advisory practice with a minimum of $25-$50 million client’s assets under advisement, excels at sales and business development but prefers to delegate operational tasks, seeks comprehensive back-office support to maximize client-facing time, builds strong, lasting client relationships that drive organic growth, values entrepreneurial independence supported by institutional resources, is prepared to scale their practice without administrative constraints, demonstrates strong business acumen and strategic thinking, and maintains high ethical standards and professional integrity.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years as a financial advisor or wealth manager
  • Minimum 5-10 years managing your own investment advisory practice
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition
  • Experience building scalable processes (even if you don't want to run them anymore)
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Series 7
  • Series 65 or 66
  • State insurance licenses
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self-motivated and self-managing - you don't need supervision
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking with execution focus
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Successfully grown and managed an investment advisory practice with a minimum of $25-$50 million client’s assets under advisement
  • Maintain high ethical standards and professional integrity

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through sales and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment services

  • Represent the firm at networking events and in the community
