This role involves leading growth in our wealth management division, leveraging your experience, sales expertise, and client-first approach to expand our market presence. Our comprehensive back-office infrastructure handles operations, compliance coordination, administration, and support functions, freeing you to concentrate exclusively on revenue-generating activities and client service. This position offers the autonomy of entrepreneurship with the leverage of institutional support, allowing you to maximize your strengths in business development and client relationships. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their career trajectory, consistently delivers results, has successfully grown and managed an investment advisory practice with a minimum of $25-$50 million client’s assets under advisement, excels at sales and business development but prefers to delegate operational tasks, seeks comprehensive back-office support to maximize client-facing time, builds strong, lasting client relationships that drive organic growth, values entrepreneurial independence supported by institutional resources, is prepared to scale their practice without administrative constraints, demonstrates strong business acumen and strategic thinking, and maintains high ethical standards and professional integrity.
