About The Position

Senior Wealth Advisor – Annuities & Retirement (Warm Leads Provided) Location: On-Site | Tampa, FL Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Bonuses (Top performers earn $250,000+) Licensing Required: Active Florida 2-15 (Series licenses a plus) ABOUT ELITE INSURANCE PARTNERS (EIP) Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is one of the Top 5 Medicare brokerages in the nation, headquartered in Tampa, FL. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT This is not a cold-calling financial advisor role. • Daily warm, inbound leads provided (no prospecting required) • Strong base salary + uncapped bonuses • High annuity and life insurance volume from an existing Medicare client base • On-site collaboration with Medicare Sales, Marketing, and Support teams • Proven sales processes, advanced tech stack, and leadership support WHAT YOU’LL DO • Conduct consultative client appointments focused on annuities, life insurance, and retirement strategies • Partner with Medicare Sales Agents to identify advanced planning opportunities • Present compliant, customized financial solutions • Manage applications, underwriting, and suitability • Maintain carrier and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Active Florida 2-15 license
  • Background in annuities, life insurance, or retirement planning
  • Proven consultative sales and closing ability
  • Comfortable in a high-volume warm-lead environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Competitive, motivated, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Series 6, 7, 63, or 65
