About The Position
The Water Wastewater Engineer will plan, schedule, and execute engineering work on projects while managing budgets, schedules, contractual obligations, and quality standards. This role requires the negotiation of critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers from other organizations and companies. The engineer may handle several projects concurrently and will initiate and maintain extensive contacts with key engineers and officials, requiring skill in persuasion and negotiation.
