Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering and/or project management.
  • Proven experience with public or private water and wastewater utilities in the U.S.
  • Strong background in planning, design, and delivery of water-related infrastructure.
  • PE license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain within one year); additional state licenses in Mid-Atlantic and Midwest a plus.
  • A collaborative leader who can mentor junior staff and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams on water resources, water treatment, and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
  • Provide management and technical oversight on projects involving water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, stormwater systems, pipelines, and pump stations.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal efforts.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships to support long-term success.
  • Apply engineering principles to solve complex challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Estimate project costs and support commercial planning.
