The purpose of this position is to efficiently operate the wastewater treatment plant to achieve compliance with all permits. Operations of related lift stations and storm water system are also included. Schedule can vary due to business need but is generally: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm.

Requirements

• Strong reading, writing and math skills.
• Must have 3 years of wastewater operations experience.
• High School or equivalent plus required state license.

Nice To Haves

• Level 3 Wastewater license in Delaware or other state's equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Daily routine tasks along with additional assigned tasks that will require the individual to manage time and responsibility efficiently.
• Ensure proper operation of lift station and equipment.
• Perform simple laboratory duties daily.
• Performs housekeeping and ground keeping duties as assigned.
• Take measurement throughout the water system.
• Must have a valid driver's license and PIV to drive and operate company vehicles and equipment.
