About The Position

In this role, you are responsible for preparation of domestic and international shipments as well as fulfilling orders to internal customers. A Sr. Technician, Warehouse is responsible for overflow tasks within the manufacturing area, which requires primary and secondary gowning. A Sr. Technician, Warehouse must follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to all safety and company policies, at a highly regulated facility.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand information and effectively communicate information to colleagues at various levels.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with PC operation and ability to use Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of the manufacturing process, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to all safety and company policies.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment.
• Accumulate, label, and manage hazardous wastes as appropriate to their area.
• Pull products from storage areas to complete a customer order.
• Prepare materials for shipping including handling of dry ice and/or liquid nitrogen.
• Receive and issue materials from inventory.
• Perform cycle counting.
• Organize and store direct materials.
• Operate company vehicle, forklift, and/or pallet jack.
• Assist with equipment set-up and operation.
• Maintain data in SAP.
• Attend training classes, workshops, meetings, etc. as required to improve job skills and product-related procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Assist in reviewing and developing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Identify and solve problems.
• Organize own work to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Read, write, and understand information and effectively communicate information to colleagues at various levels.
