We’re hiring a Senior Wafer Process Technician for our Stafford, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: · Job Title: Senior Wafer Process Technician · Location: Stafford Texas · Pay: $18-$23/hour · Hours: 3:30 pm-12:00 am · Duration: Temp-to-Hire · Description of Duties: Operate and maintain advanced semiconductor fabrication equipment, handle wafers and chemicals, follow SOPs in a cleanroom environment, perform wet processing tasks, assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, support production schedules, and help with new product introductions and process improvements. · Requirements: Associate degree or technical diploma in a science or engineering field preferred; 1–3 years of semiconductor or manufacturing experience preferred; strong attention to detail, steady hands, and good communication skills; able to follow cleanroom protocols and wear PPE; authorized to work in the U.S.; able to lift up to 25 lbs. · WHO WE ARE: Carlton Staffing is a local staffing firm in Texas with over 44 years of experience!
