Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients. As the Financial Supply Chain Management Product Manager and domain subject matter expert, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy, overseeing end-to-end development, and ensuring the ongoing enhancement of our FSCM offerings.

Requirements

  • FSCM expertise and proficiency in full suite of FSCM solutions offers, including credit underwriting and client KYC/ due diligence requirements
  • Possess strong product knowledge across all FSCM Solution Types in the market, including a good grasp of FSCM platform capabilities (bank proprietary & 3rd party)
  • Good appreciation of local and regional regulations governing FSCM offering and product governance discipline
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to drive desired outcomes with internal stakeholders including Credit, Legal, Compliance, Coverage, Technology and Operations

Responsibilities

  • Product Leadership and Strategy: Develop product strategy for FSCM products, ensuring alignment with business goals and best-in-class practices in the market
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities. Translate client insights into actionable product development initiatives. Launch and commercialize new features and enhancements.
  • Commercialization: Develop FSCM value proposition for focus industries and client segments and create product collaterals to facilitate marketing by front-liners.
  • Deal Support: Provide support and subject matter expertise for complex FSCM transactions in the region, collaborating closely with front-line teams to structure and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Product Delivery: Collaborate with sales, implementation, operations, service and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of FSCM solutions. Streamline and simplify processes to enhance client experience.
  • Product Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank’s internal policies and framework. Identify and mitigate risks in FSCM product offering.
