We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President to lead the EMPOWER Program in advancing its mission and enhancing its presence within the community.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• 5+ years of senior nonprofit leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in planning, program development, and staff management.
• Ability to communicate and convey the program's vision to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial management and familiarity with budgeting and audit processes.
• Competence in using Word, Excel, and database management software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for travel related to meetings and business engagements.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to executive leadership and community groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction and administration of the EMPOWER program.
• Work closely with the CEO to provide timely, accurate information for informed decision-making.
• Ensure sound fiscal management, resource optimization, and program sustainability.
• Actively participate in community outreach, representing the program with civic, professional, and private organizations.
• Lead program operations, including staff hiring and retention, to deliver high-quality services.
• Develop and implement short, intermediate, and long-term plans to drive the program’s success.
• Ensure a consistent and positive public image for the program.
