About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VoIP/Network Engineer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise voice and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in VoIP technologies, network architecture, and troubleshooting complex communication systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in VoIP, networking, and telecom infrastructure
• Strong experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise in networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, QoS)
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or similar platforms
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Cloud VoIP or unified communications experience
• Certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)
• Experience with monitoring tools and network security

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP systems and IP-based telephony solutions
• Configure and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot voice quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network and telecom projects
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across voice and data networks
