About The Position

As our Senior Visual Designer, you will work with the Creative Brand Design team to bring our brand to life. You will bring your excellent design skills and experience developing creative solutions across a broad range of channels with a background in product and brand campaigns. Our ideal candidate is organized, motivated, flexible and a strong communicator. You bring a solid ability and understanding of design, with a sharp attention to detail and dedication to the brand. This full-time position reports to the Senior Art Director and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in a design-related field
  • An online portfolio
  • Passion for design
  • Knowledge of design standards and best practices
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite and other current design and project management tools
  • Impeccable eye for detail and consistency, and the ability to produce organized files
  • Self organization, ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, manage expectations and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver exceptional visual design with laser focus optimizing design within the project guidelines and parameters
  • Lead specific campaigns for all relevant channels from concept to completion
  • Manage multiple priorities / projects under tight deadlines, working independently and / or with the design team and cross functional partners
  • Collaborate in brainstorming, concepting and executing seasonal campaigns, and ensure visuals and messaging are consistent and accurate
  • Supports professional development within the team through active discussion and feedback; helps to coach and develop other designers
  • Understanding of team’s priorities and business impact of the design team’s work
  • Stay informed of the latest design trends and bring insights to the team
  • Demonstrated ability to present design solutions to internal and cross functional stakeholders, including leadership
