About The Position

ECS is seeking a Senior Virtual Desktop Engineer
to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI is preferred)
• 8+ years progressive VDI engineering experience
• Federal IT program support experience
• Citrix VDI design, deployment & management
• Dell Wyse thin client management
• HP/Dell desktop management
• Multi-enclave VDI architecture
• Windows workstation management
• Remote access solutions
• Endpoint security
• Image management & optimization
• Microsoft desktop client technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix VDI for JCON-S/TS
• Manage Windows-based workstations for NSDNet-S/TS
• Maintain VDI image management and optimization
• Ensure remote access capabilities across all enclaves
• Maintain ≥99% VDI availability
• Ensure RTO not exceeding 4 continuous hours
• Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing and incident management
• Process change requests in accordance with program policy
