The Senior VIP Marketing Host generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. The position facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error, ensures guests are aware of events and supports their execution, maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility, and builds guest loyalty by exceeding expectations in service and dependability.

Requirements

Five plus (5+) years in the nightlife industry required
Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, POS systems
High School Diploma or equivalent required
21+ years of age
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
Responsible for obtaining required work cards for position
Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
Must have good positive energy throughout the day
Must be able to print legibly for Team Members, management, and guests to read
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to move quickly
Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment

Responsibilities

Sell VIP table reservations at the assigned venue and maintain the agreed-upon minimum sales requirements
Maintain minimum weekly revenue support requirements at company venues other than your own
Enter all VIP table reservations into UrVenue including guest’s full name, cell number, and email address
Reservations without complete information will not count toward minimum requiremen Individual commissions will not be paid for incomplete reservations
Complete all assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks per management’s requests
Maintain professionalism with coworkers and patrons
Obtain approval for all breaks or rotation changes when unable to perform assigned duties
Stay attentive to company-related events, upcoming venues, and operational changes
Meet all marketing requirements, including guest lists, contact information forms, and social media outreach
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Keep workstation/podium neat and orderly
Promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
Comply with additional hours beyond scheduled shift as needed
Provide guests with information and directions
Inform management of any complaints, comments, or incidents
Appear in proper dress code for all scheduled shifts
Comply with cross-promotion of all venues as needed
Perform related duties as assigned
Promote Tao Group Restaurants to guests prior to nightclub visits to meet stated revenue goals
Report to all scheduled duties in a timely manner and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction
Effectively handling guest complaints and discrepancies, assuring all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner
