About The Position

This position will be responsible for producing high-quality video content to showcase Swanson Health Products' vitamins, supplements, and wellness products as well as our brand story. They will conceptualize, coordinate, script, shoot, and edit videos to create compelling content across various digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

Requirements

• 5+ years of videographer and video editor experience.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Experience with camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, or video cameras) and lighting setups.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for various platforms (social media, web, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to generate creative ideas and turn them into high-quality video content.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with different teams (marketing, creative, and production).
• Ability to take direction and feedback while also providing creative input.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that align with Swanson Health's brand and marketing objectives.
• Create and pitch video ideas and storyboards for product launches, campaigns, educational content, and brand awareness.
• Assist in developing scripts and video outlines to ensure consistency with messaging and brand tone.
• Manage the full video production process, from pre-production through post-production, including coordinating video shoots, lighting, audio, and camera work.
• Conduct product shoots, interviews, testimonials, and in-house studio shoots as needed.
• Work with internal and external teams to schedule and organize video shoots, ensuring all logistics are in place.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various digital platforms.
• Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), email newsletters, and the company website.
• Add graphics, music, and special effects to enhance video storytelling and branding.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, techniques, and digital video formats to continually improve the quality of video content.
• Work with the marketing team to tailor videos to the specifications and requirements of various digital channels to maximize engagement and reach.
• Manage video production timelines and deliverables, ensuring content is produced on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and meet business needs and deadlines.
• Ensure the final video content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
• Review and revise videos based on feedback from stakeholders, including creative leads, marketing managers, and other relevant team members.
• Ensure video content is clear, visually appealing, and aligned with Swanson Health Products' brand identity and messaging.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
