We are seeking a Senior Video Producer with a strong "generalist" skill set to lead projects through the entire production-to-post pipeline. As a creative storyteller and technical expert, you will capture high-end visual assets, manage complex edits, and elevate our brand identity across multiple platforms to align with Zscaler’s core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in film production, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a videographer/editor within an agency or technology setting.
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
  • Intermediate to strong understanding of Motion Graphics in Adobe After Effects to translate storyboards into animated content.
  • A self-motivated, positive attitude with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a low-ego, high-impact team environment.

  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in interviews, event coverage, b-roll, still photography, and high-end edited content.
  • Deep proficiency in professional camera operation, lighting design, audio engineering, and advanced post-production workflows.
  • Skilled in multiple editing platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production leads and creative directors to develop production strategies for both in-studio and on-location environments, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Capture high-end visual assets through hands-on filming, including assembling production sets, lighting subjects according to brand guidelines, and recording high-quality audio in varied locations.
  • Ingest, organize, and manage a wide range of digital assets while editing and refining video content to meet specific project requirements.
  • Utilize Adobe After Effects to transform storyboards into high-quality animated visuals, ensuring a polished final product that meets brand standards.
  • Execute occasional travel to on-site locations for filming customer visits, major events, and executive interviews, managing the end-to-end technical requirements in the field.
