Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of technology company clients with ongoing management responsibilities.
• Drive deal processes including loan underwriting, documentation, and closing.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the venture capital ecosystem and Stifel's products and services.
• Create and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in venture banking, commercial banking, investment banking, or private capital investing.
• Advanced knowledge in venture lending, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
