About The Position

Reporting directly to the Regional President, this role will be responsible for the strategic direction and executive-level leadership of the Penn State Health East Region community hospitals, St Joseph and Lancaster Medical Centers. This executive will be responsible for the planning and organization of day-to-day operations, managing and developing staff, assuring high-quality care, sound fiscal operations, maintaining a strong physician referral base, supporting board governance and compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and PA DOH regulations, while continually improving and growing the facility's services and delivery system.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, or other related healthcare field required.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Seven (7) years of leadership and management experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience in a multi-hospital system or integrated delivery system preferred.
