The Senior Vice President of Program Integration will lead and unify the Foundation's programmatic 'engine room' to amplify our impact. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Programs, the SVP will oversee solutions strategy development and drive alignment across the Foundation's global programmatic ecosystem. This includes leading key functions such as Solution Strategy Development, Strategic Learning & Impact, Resource Mobilization and Grantee Engagement to ensure effective collaboration, seamless execution, and measurable outcomes for the Foundation's ambitious impact goals. By fostering alignment and collaboration, the SVP will enable the monitoring, scaling, and optimization of the Foundation's programmatic strategies.
