We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Manager to join our Wealth Services Platform team. We especially welcome Product professionals with background in portfolio management, trading, or wealth services. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 8-10+ years of product experience with expertise in creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience in the financial industry preferred.
- Proven experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
- Experience working with a Wealth Service Platform, Portfolio Management, and/or Trading.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the product backlog and near-term roadmap ensuring that it is properly refined, prioritized, and groomed.
- Agile Ceremony Ownership across POD, including tracking velocity and identifying efficiencies for teams.
- Ownership of user stories, refinement process, and stakeholder management through ongoing collaboration and updates.
- Ownership of technical design decisions, product performance monitoring, and tracking and analyzing key product metrics.
