Senior Vice President, POM Product Management Manager
About The Position
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product ownership, with strong background in data-related products for the financial services or financial technology domain. 5+ years of experience in financial services industry. Expertise in stakeholder management. Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile) are highly valued. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS), data pipelines, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or equivalent for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding of data governance, privacy, and industry best practices in financial services. Experience with agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and data visualization platforms. Exceptional communication skills. Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and improvement. Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude - ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision. Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks. Interested in constantly learning new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the team.
