About The Position

KeystoneCare is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our clinical outreach, sales, and marketing operations. This executive leader will oversee a multidisciplinary team, strengthen referral partnerships across five counties, and drive strategic growth initiatives that expand access to care. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare professional with strong leadership abilities, deep clinical understanding, and a passion for supporting patients and families during critical moments of care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN or other advanced clinical degree or business degree
  • Proven track record of driving sustainable growth in a sales leadership capacity, including achieving or exceeding revenue and referral targets through strategic planning, team development, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within hospice, palliative care, home health, or related healthcare sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage outreach or business development functions.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with healthcare leaders, clinical staff, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the Sales and Marketing division, including Clinical Liaisons and Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support organizational growth and enhance service delivery.
  • Partner with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives, quality improvement, and program development.
  • Build, manage, and expand referral relationships with hospitals, physician groups, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and healthcare executives.
  • Represent KeystoneCare in strategic meetings, presentations, and community partnerships.
  • Identify emerging opportunities to strengthen market presence and expand service reach.
  • Ensure seamless care coordination by collaborating with individuals, families, and care management professionals.
  • Guide staff in providing compassionate assistance with care decision-making and access to services.
  • Uphold KeystoneCare’s commitment to empathy, responsiveness, and clinical excellence.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in hospice and palliative care, home healthcare, private duty homecare, pain management, advanced care planning, and end-of-life support.
  • Deliver educational sessions and presentations for healthcare partners, community groups, and internal teams.
  • Maintain clinical insight to inform program development and staff support.
  • Drive departmental performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to promote high engagement and professional growth.
  • Drive strategic utilization of the agency’s CRM platform to ensure accurate, timely data entry, optimize workflows, and enable actionable insights for sales and marketing performance.
  • Leverage CRM analytics and market intelligence data to identify referral trends, forecast growth opportunities, and inform targeted marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish data-driven decision-making practices by coaching the team on effective use of CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and competitive intelligence to maximize referral generation and market share.
