The SVP, Product - Care Innovation will lead a team of leaders on our unified care superpod - spanning care delivery for coaching, therapy, medication management, specialty care and care operations. The role encompasses end-to-end ownership of the care experience between patient and providers, while improving sustainable operations. You will guide 10+ cross-functional pods focused on transforming mental health care delivery with AI-enabled infrastructure, operational excellence, and data-driven systems. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and clinical leadership across pods to shape how care is delivered, documented, and reimbursed. Please note that this is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 2 Embarcadero Ctr.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or b2b2c environments
  • Deep expertise in growth product management, funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven product decision-making, with a proven track record of optimizing and growing consumer-facing products and services
  • 3+ years managing high-performing product teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving measurable results
  • Self-starter with a strong bias to action and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including leading cross-functional growth initiatives and crafting compelling narratives for stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize and deliver technical vision and execution of an AI-enabled care platform, integrating operational infrastructure with real-time data and optimizing care tooling.
  • Manage a high-performing product team through effective leadership, feedback, and a focus on innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and accountability
  • Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation — creating space for bold ideas, fast learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across your teams.
  • Own and evolve the Care roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Spring Health’s broader product vision and strategic priorities
  • Scale intelligent servicing systems that streamline billing, claims, and care workflows for both members and providers.
  • Partner with clinical and engineering leads to expand specialty and complex care use cases, including neurodiverse and family-inclusive care.
  • Collaborate deeply with partners across Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Analytics to understand every aspect of the care journey.
  • Leverage insights from data, customer feedback, and emerging technology trends to shape your strategy, prioritize bets, and scale what works.
  • Define, monitor, and improve key metrics (KPIs) that signal the health and success of the care journey — and use these insights to guide your teams with transparency and purpose.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the Care leadership team, influencing our collective product strategy and fostering a team environment grounded in trust, learning, and mission alignment.
