We’re seeking a SVP of People and Culture to join us. The Senior Vice President of People & Culture is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy. This role oversees all People & Culture functions – including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organizational development, and HR operations – ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth. The SVP of People & Culture serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team and plays a critical role in building an engaged and high performing workforce.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including leading teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
Demonstrated success driving culture, engagement, and organizational transformation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable people initiatives.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with company goals.
Partner with the executive team to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Provide thought leadership on culture, engagement, leadership development, and talent optimization.
Enable enterprise AI adoption and workforce transformation by aligning organizational design, skills strategy, and change management efforts.
Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and measure the impact of People programs.
Lead strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across all levels.
Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning, frameworks and systems.
Build programs that strengthen employee growth, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
Champion a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous improvement.
Lead engagement strategies, surveys, and action planning to enhance employee experience.
Partner with leaders to reinforce company values and drive a positive, high‑performance culture.
Oversee People operations, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across People technology, workflows, and service delivery.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy.
Partner with Finance and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost management.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
Build strong relationships across the organization to foster trust and open communication.
