About The Position

The Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations across 85 practices nationwide. Reporting to the COO and partnering closely with the CEO, this individual will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a consistent, patient-first experience across all locations. The SVP will be responsible for translating enterprise strategy into field execution, ensuring discipline around performance management, and providing the executive leadership team with clear visibility into practice-level operations and market trends. The SVP will directly oversee a team of Regional Operations Directors, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and alignment across all markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 7 years in multi-site management (healthcare services, retail, hospitality, or other consumer-facing industries).
  • Strong financial acumen, including proven P&L management and EBITDA growth.
  • Proven success leading and developing Regional Operations Directors or equivalent multi-layered field leadership teams across large, distributed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategy, drive operational performance, and deliver business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for all operational functions across 85 practices.
  • Partner with the COO and CEO to align business objectives with operational execution.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop the Regional Operations Directors, providing coaching, performance oversight, and clear accountability for practice-level results.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of senior operational leaders to drive engagement, accountability, and results.
  • Own responsibility for practice-level P&L performance, ensuring delivery of revenue growth, EBITDA targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.
  • Align regional operations leadership with enterprise goals, fostering consistency while empowering local adaptability.
  • Ensure practices deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience while meeting regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and strategic partner for the Regional Operations Directors, ensuring seamless communication between field operations and the executive leadership team.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, marketing, and other functions to support enterprise growth and innovation.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for expansion, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and results-driven leadership.
