About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Education & Day Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the Bancroft School Network and our Day & Employment Services programs. This is a highly impactful role, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and innovation for individuals we serve, while leading a team of dedicated professionals and aligning operations with Bancroft's strategic goals. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader in special education or human services who thrives on creating meaningful programs that drive positive outcomes for students and adults with IDD and brain injuries.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Special Education, School Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• At least 5 years working with individuals with disabilities and neurological challenges.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (DOE, HIPAA, DDD, DOL).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Principal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for educational and day programs, aligning services with Bancroft's mission and strategic plan.
• Oversee daily operations to guarantee safety, quality programming, and positive outcomes for all individuals served.
• Maintain strict adherence to NJ Department of Education, HIPAA, DDD, and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Develop and oversee budgets, admissions, discharges, and performance improvement systems while promoting fiscal accountability.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide staff while fostering professional development and building a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Evaluate and refine educational curriculum and vocational services to meet the evolving needs of the population served.
• Serve as a thought leader and advocate through professional conferences, family engagement, and community partnerships.
