As a member of Aon's M&A and Transaction Solutions ('AMATS') team, you will be expected to primarily build new business activity across the group. You will showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new business, increase referrals from the professional advisor channel focusing on law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, and similar centers of influence. You will influence and collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present a variation of solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, you will solve complex business issues using the data and analytics available from Aon's research teams, combining your eye for business and understanding of current trends. Identifying and tracking new opportunities and existing relationships will also be part of your responsibilities.
