About The Position
The Senior Vice President of Merchandising will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and vision of the Makeup and Fragrance categories at Ulta Beauty. This executive will be responsible for strategic merchandise management; leading the merchandising team to curate innovative product assortments and brand strategies that drive sales growth, market competitiveness, and enhance the guest experience both in-store and online. The SVP will lead, coach, and develop a large team accountable for driving sustained comp sales growth and delivering core operational capabilities to capture incremental value for the enterprise and gain market share. As a key member of our merchandising leadership team, the SVP will inspire our teams, leading by example through our mission, vision and values.
